Floating candles in water bowl

Supplies: wax wax crayon (any colour) thread container flat plate a water bowl rose petals How to do... 1. Put some wax  and crayon in a container, keep it on flame and melt it. 2. Apply some oil to the plate and pour some wax in it to make a thin layer. Let it cool down slightly but make sure it does not dry out completely. It should be soft. 3. Now take the thread and dip it in some melted wax. Let it dry. Then cut the circular petals of wax poured in the plate. Without wasting any time take the thread and roll the petals one by one to form rose. 4. Make 4-5 roses in the same way and keep it aside. 5. Now take the bowl and pour 3/4th amount of water in it. 6. Put the rose petals in it. 7. Now place the rose candles in between and light them.            You can use this as a home decor. Just place it on the table and light the candles. You can do this when you have any fuction at your place. 

Moonlight painting

Supplies: A white drawing paper (A4 size) Poster colours (Dark blue, brown, black, white, red, pink) Paint brushes of various sizes A water mug Palette(for mixing colours) Steps: 1. Paint the entire paper with dark blue colour using large brush. 2. Draw the outline for a lake at the base with black colour(use thin brush). 3. Now draw a circle at the top, slightly in the right side. Fill the circle with white colour to make the moon. 4. Now take some Dark blue colour in a palette and add some white paint to it. Apply this around the moon in circular fashion to make the moonlight look like real. 5. Add some more white paint to the paint which you prepared just now. Use this for the reflection of moon in the lake. 6. Draw a tree with its branches using brown paint (use thin paint brush). Give a shading to it using black paint. 7. Now draw the small conical trees around the lake with the help of thin brush in black paint. 8. Now to draw the peach tree blossom...

Glass Painting

Supplies: A glass of any size glass painting colours a picture or design to b copied Silver foil Procedure: 1.Take a glass sheet (A4 size). Slide the picture that you have chosen underneath the glass. 2. Draw the outline of the picture using glass liner (available in glass colours box). 3. Now that your design is ready, start adding colour of your choice to it by jus slightly squeezing it into the picture and then by spreading it evenly. 4. Take silver foil and just crumble it and then open it. Now turn your painting backside and stick the foil to it at the edges using tape. You can frame it and then hang it to the wall. I learnt this painting when I was in school. Glass painting creates an equally beautiful piece of artwork. It has its own original style. It’s an excellent craft for people of all ages and can be as challenging or as simple as you like. You can use this as a home decor for the walls of your house.

 Supplies: A4 size white paper Poster colours (red, black, white) Paint brushes of various sizes A water mug Palette Pencil Earbuds Procedure: 1. Take a white drawing paper. Draw a circle in the centre, slightly upwards. 2. Now paint the paper with red colour excluding the circle. Apply black colour at the top, make sure both the colours blend together. 3. Draw the outline of couple's faces and body with pencil. 4. Now colour both faces and men's clothes in black. Be careful while painting the facial parts like lips, nose. 5. Now take some white colour in a palette and add some red colour in it. Take 3 earbuds and hold them together. Dip it in the colour which you prepared just now by mixing red and white. Apply the paint for the girl's dress by dabbing the earbuds together on the dress. Make sure that the paint isn't too thick or doesn't run. Repeat the same procedure to colour the entire dress. 6. Yarn Doll

Supplies: yarn (wool), scissors, small book or a card board. How to do.. Wrap the yarn around the book around 70 times. Wrap the yarn tight enough so that it does not slide off but not so tight that it stretches. Slide off the yarn from the book and then cut it along the bottom edge. Pull the yarn off the book making sure to keep all of the pieces together. Then cut another bundle of yarn and wrap it the same way as before. Then put it under the first yarn as shown and tie another piece of small yard on top to keep it together for making the doll's hair. Tie a piece of yarn for the neck. Wrap more yarn(use diffrent colour) around the book for the arms. This time, wrap the yarn half as many times as you did the first time. Cut the wrapped yarn at the bottom edge and tie a piece of yarn to the bundle. Braid the yarn, tie it off 1 inch at the end.
